Hi! I'm Gemma! Welcome to English with Gemma!

I am a TEFL certified native English teacher.

I'm originally from Bermuda but I studied and lived in the UK for 8 years. After completing my bachelor's degree in theatre and performance practice I discovered my true passion....teaching! After graduating from university, I moved to Spain in 2018 and got my TEFL certification.

I've been teaching ever since and having SO much fun doing it! Nothing feels better than watching my students' confidence grow and helping them to achieve their goals. I believe in teaching real-life English (no boring textbooks, I promise!) and my teaching style is all about making you feel confident, happy and supported in and out of the classroom.
